The Marine Mammal Center recognizes human interdependence with marine mammals and their importance as sentinels of the ocean environment, the health of which is essential for all life. It is our responsibility to use our awareness, compassion and intelligence to foster marine mammal survival and the conservation of their habitat. The Marine Mammal Center works toward this end.

ECO TOURS:

We provide two types of eco tours, individually ticketed tours through www.sfbaywhalewatching.com and ticketed by www.sfbaywhalewatching.com or private group charters. All of the tours, lighthouse tours, farallon island expeditions, coastal adventures, birdwatching, natual history tours and maritime history tours are available by private charter. We can provide the boat right for your group and experienced docent to narrate the tour.

Angel Island Barbeques or Wine tastings for Large Groups, Corporate Events, Weddings, Receptipns, Parties. We will cater this event and provide boat shuttles to and from the Island. Sometimes parties select to take a sail first, be dropped off at the island and then be picked up in shuttle boston whalers after the event.
Corporate Team Building Events and Offsiteswhich divide the the group in two teams and teach sailing and navigation, either on "The Gaslight" or "Glory Days". The Gaslight experience is a historic sailing adventures with classic or traditional navigation skills taught. The Glory Days experience is modern sailing techniques and modern navigation skill including GPS and state of the art best practises.
